I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to give a huge shout out and even bigger thank you to Luke. Luke was my salesman and he was the most helpful in my situation. I haven’t bought a car in over 6 years and Luke just made the whole process just a breeze. Most salespeople are over bearing and too much pressure but Luke made me feel comfortable right away. So grateful and thankful for you Luke! You the man! The Jeep is doing great so far :))

Bought a vehicle from Uxbridge Auto just under 4 years ago and the experience was smooth and the truck has been great since. Brought it back in for a second opinion after a shady Toyota dealership experience and Uxbridge Auto confirmed my suspicions that there was nothing wrong. They have consistently done right by me and been great to work with. I can't recommend them enough. Deal with confidence at Uxbridge Auto.

By far the best quick visit to an auto shop for anything, ever. Just needed a sticker, called a few other places that just told me they were closing soon (didn’t specify if they had time to do mine or not), this place answered the phone and said “come on by”. Seems simple but I really appreciated the direct answer. They also helped me deal with a documentation issue that I’m sure no other place would have gone out of their way to help with. All in all, this place has what so many business lack these days - hospitality. Will be back soon for all my auto needs. Thank you!

My go to repair shop from now on. Was highly recommended by a friend and now I understand why. Went to the Honda dealership the other day to get an oil change. Upon completion I was informed that the rear sway link bar needed to be replaced because they found a crack and that the bushings needed to be replaced as well and also noted that the front sway bars and bushings needed to be replaced. The estimated repair was just over $1700.00. Having already had a great experience at Uxbridge Auto I asked them to look at it. Come to find the sway bars and bushings are still in good shape (no cracks found) and bushings in almost excellent excellent condition. They did find the parts from the previous job they did on the car needed to be replaced (faulty parts not faulty work) and when I got a call from Ally, she had already called in the warranty work, has the parts on order and will have everything fixed by today. And came to only a little over a quarter of the estimate that the dealership gave me. Uxbridge auto has my business going forward. This is a trustworthy repair shop.
